岗位职责：

1) Assist team together to improve company KPIs; Coordinate and establish IE work on site;

跟团队一起，协助运营部门提高工厂关键指标，协调建立现场IE相关工作；

2) Complete the Key equipment and OP loading analysis in the responsible area to find improvement opportunities.

完成负责区域的关键设备和人员作业分析，寻找改善机会；

3) Responsible for assisting, tracking and confirming the lean improvement.

负责精益改善实施方案的协助，追踪和确认；

4) Assist production line layout related work.
