
Recently, the winners of the 2024 International Design Awards (IDA) were announced. This year, thousands of entries had been submitted by designers from 100-plus countries around the world. The Qidu Talent Service Center in Suzhou’s Wujiang District won the Silver Award for Commercial Architecture-Small Office Spaces, which is the only Chinese project winning an award in the category of office projects for talent service.
The Qidu Talent Service Center is located on the southern shore of the Taihu Lake. The project is part of the efforts made by local authorities in fostering a high-quality talent service ecosystem.
The center covers a land area of approximately 2,000 square meters and features a construction area of about 1,600 square meters. It is composed of a service lobby, conference rooms, exhibition halls, offices, terraces, etc.
