The Phase II project of Taicang Alps International Resort started construction on June 6. The new snow world is scheduled to open in June 2029.
With a total investment of approximately 5 billion yuan and a total construction area of about 300,000 square meters, the Phase II project is committed to building the world’s largest, highest-quality and most well-equipped ice and snow-themed vacation destination. It will feature a world-class indoor ski resort, two luxury hotels, and six entertainment attractions, i.e. a polar ocean park, a snow adventure park, a hot spring park, a mini amusement park, the SKY PARK, and an immersive dinner show, catering for vacationers of all ages.
When the Phase II project is completed, Taicang Alps International Resort will integrate diverse offerings including ice and snow sports, entertainment, shopping, dining, and hotel accommodation, which will offer visitors a pure and romantic snow experience and help further unleash the ice-and-snow consumption potential.
